Account & data deletion

The app has not launched publicly, and this website does not create or store user accounts. This guidance is for test participants and visitors requesting deletion of support-email information.

Delete in the app

If you are using a test version, open the profile tab and choose the account and associated data deletion option. Confirmation deletes the account and its associated places, uploaded images, visit notes, votes, favorites, and sessions from that test service.

If you cannot use the app

Email mike.johnson2323535@gmail.com with your test version and account nickname. You may also include a link to a place you posted. We may need to verify account ownership to avoid deleting someone else’s data.

Scope of deletion

Deletion cannot remotely remove copies of public content made by other people. Backup handling depends on the test environment involved. Public-service retention and backup deletion rules will be published before launch. To request deletion of support-email information, state that in your email.

Do not send WeChat passwords, verification codes, or children’s identity information.
